Appointments

Appointments are made on a first call basis. If you feel your child needs to be seen, please phone early. We try to see all sick children the same day.

Appointments for physical exams and well baby checks should be made one month in advance, if possible.

Appointment time is reserved for your child specifically. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance so that this time can be given to another patient.

We really do try to keep your time in the waiting room to a minimum. However, when we run behind, we do not try to rush you through, or cut your visit time short, in order to catch up. Please be patient with us.

If Dr. Brownlee is called out to an emergency, we will inform you and give you the option of waiting or rescheduling. If you have waited longer than 20 minutes in the waiting room, please check in again with the receptionist.

If you think that your child may have a highly contagious disease such as chicken pox, please inform the receptionist as soon as you check in.
