General Child Care Information
Children, as adults, come in all shapes and sizes, temperaments and appetites, energy levels and general health, family situations and economic states. The information given here is general guidelines based on recommendations of the American Academy of Pediatrics, with additions or modifications made by my own experience as a pediatrician and as a parent.
The advice given here is not individualized for your specific child or situation. Nor is it everything there is to know on any one topic! If anything is unclear or confusing, or if you have additional questions or concerns, please call the office (775) 778-6762, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
